Training Programmes
FMCG Training Solutions is in the forefront of training by offering an on-site approach within a normal working situation, using training and assessment tools, equipment and documents that are developed by subject matter experts in the field. The employee can train at the place of work of the employer while one of our trainers facilitates the course through a hands-on practical approach and formal theory training.
Learnerships
All our qualifications are registered with SAQA and a SETA based accreditation model is used to ensure that employees are given the opportunity to gain a recognised vocational qualification in the field they are involved, while they are employed.

Skills Programmes
We also offer Skills Programmes that are NQF-based learning interventions consisting of smaller groupings of Unit Standards, totalling 10-60 credits. Skills Programmes are always related to one or more registered SAQA qualification(s).
Many a time training needs can be addressed in the form of skills programmes, which are short programmes incorporating several modules of each of the levels described above. These skills programmes can also be specifically designed according to the needs of our clients not limited to the listed skills programmes that we currently have registered.
